Figure the yards. Text the price. Before you leave the driveway.
You already do the math — length times width times depth, over 27, plus waste. FlatworkQuote turns that same math into a branded price the customer gets by text, with every number shown. No retyping into a second app. No 9pm kitchen-table paperwork.
No per-user pricing. Cancel anytime, keep your data.
Product mockup — the quote your customer gets
Sound familiar?
On the tools 7:30 to 4. Then site visits after dinner. Then two, three hours every other night figuring bids — calculator app for the yards, scribble on paper, retype it all into an invoice app. Saturdays too. And the bids you never got around to sending? Those jobs went to whoever texted a number first.
How it works
Punch in the dimensions
Slab, driveway, patio, sidewalk, steps, footings — pick the preset, enter the measurements. Yards (with your waste factor), mesh or rebar, and base gravel are figured instantly.
Priced from your rates
Your ready-mix price, your labor rate, your markup — saved once. Every bid uses your real costs and shows you your margin before you send. No magic price list. Your price list.
Text it. See it opened.
Branded quote by text or email, customer approves from their phone, and you see when they've opened it. No more "I never got your email."
No black-box numbers. Try the math.
Some apps want AI to guess your price. You'd never send a number you can't check — so FlatworkQuote shows every line of the figure. Here's the live math, working right now:
It does one thing
Most contractor software is built for GCs running crews — dashboards, CRMs, scheduling boards you'll never open. FlatworkQuote is built for the owner-operator who bids flatwork.
What it does
- Figures yards, mesh/rebar & base from dimensions — with your waste factor
- Prices the job from your saved rates & markup
- Sends a branded quote by text or email, with open receipts
- Customer approves from their phone
- Exports everything as PDF & CSV — your data stays yours
What it doesn't do
- No CRM, no scheduling boards, no payroll
- No AI guessing your price
- No payment processing holding your money
- No per-seat upsells as your crew grows
Keep QuickBooks, Joist, or your spreadsheet for the rest — FlatworkQuote plays alongside, not instead.
One price. It stays put.
- Unlimited quotes & customers — no invoice caps, ever
- No per-user pricing — your whole crew, one price
- All flatwork presets: slab, driveway, patio, sidewalk, steps, footings
- Your logo, your rates, your terms on every quote
- Off-season pause — freeze your account over winter, free
- Cancel anytime and keep your data — full PDF/CSV export, no ransom

Launching October 2026
We're finishing the build with a founding crew of flatwork contractors. Two quick questions, then your email — founding members lock in $29/mo for good and pick what we build first.
From the builder
I'm an independent software developer — not a finisher. What I know is building small, fast tools, and what I found talking to flatwork contractors is the same story every time: the yardage math lives in one app, the paperwork lives in another, and the gap between them gets filled at the kitchen table at 9pm.
So that's the whole product. I'm building it with a founding crew of working contractors who tell me what a real bid needs — and I'll be straight with you about what it doesn't do (there's a list right up there). One price, no investors pushing me to raise it, and you can reach me directly: I answer my own email.

Straight answers
Does it work on Android?
Yes. It's a web app — runs in the browser on any Android phone, iPhone, tablet, or the office computer. Nothing to install, and the same price book is on every device.
Will the price go up on me later?
Founding members lock $29/mo for good — that's the deal, in writing, and it's why we cap it at 50. We've read the same reviews you have about apps that triple their price after you're stuck. Flat pricing is the product.
Do I have to quit Joist or QuickBooks?
No. FlatworkQuote handles measure-and-price. Everything exports as PDF and CSV, so invoicing and books stay wherever you run them today.
What if I cancel — do I lose my quotes?
Never. Full export of every quote and customer, PDF and CSV, cancel or not. Your bids are your business records, not our hostage.
What kinds of work can it price?
At launch: slabs, driveways, patios, sidewalks, steps, and footings — mesh, rebar, and base gravel figured in, with your waste factor. Asphalt and sealcoating are next; the founding crew votes on the order.
